The hand rubbing skill performance is recognized through an objective method with immediate feedback. It is an extraordinary experience that attracts staff\u2019s participation and draws their attention to the importance of hand hygiene. It allows the completion of hand hygiene assessment for a large number of people in a short period of time, which makes it suitable for large-scale institutions.
